Ginwen Wear Factory Location - Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China
Ginwen Wear's factory is located at 11th Floor, No.18, Lane 1, Jiumenzhai, Jiuju new area, Humen Town, Dongguan city, Guangdong Province, China — within the Greater Bay Area, one of the world's most advanced garment manufacturing regions. The specific location provides the company with access to a mature supply chain ecosystem that includes fabric mills, trim suppliers, hardware manufacturers, packaging material vendors, and logistics providers - all within a reasonable distance from the factory.
Dongguan is located at the heart of the Pearl River Delta (Greater Bay Area), the world's premier garment and textile manufacturing hub. The region offers unparalleled advantages for jacket manufacturing, including immediate access to down and feather suppliers for insulated jacket production, close proximity to synthetic insulation material distributors, and established relationships with specialized fabric mills that produce shell fabrics suitable for outerwear.
The factory itself spans 3,000 square meters of production space, organized into dedicated zones for cutting, sewing, down filling, finishing, quality inspection, and packaging. The facility is owned and operated by Ginwen Wear rather than leased, which provides the company with stability and the ability to invest in infrastructure improvements without the risk of lease termination or relocation.
For international clients, the factory's location offers practical logistics advantages. The facility is approximately 60 kilometers from Shenzhen's Yantian and Shekou ports and 80 kilometers from Guangzhou's Nansha port — among the busiest and most efficient container ports in the world. Standard FOB shipping from the factory to these ports takes approximately one to two hours by truck. Total transit time from factory to US West Coast ports is typically 18 to 25 days by sea, and to EU ports approximately 30 to 35 days, depending on the specific destination and shipping line.
In addition to FOB shipping, Ginwen Wear can arrange DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for clients who prefer a door-to-door solution. Under DDP terms, the company handles all logistics, customs clearance, duties, and taxes, and the client receives the goods at their specified address without managing any import procedures themselves. Clients located in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia, and Canada are the most common destinations for DDP shipments.
Clients are welcome to visit the factory for in-person inspections and production meetings. Virtual factory tours can also be arranged via video call for clients who are unable to travel. To schedule a visit or request a virtual tour, contact the Ginwen Wear team.
