What is the minimum order quantity for custom jackets?
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style per color. For repeat orders or established partnerships, we can discuss lower quantities. Sample orders of 1–3 pieces are available for prototype review before committing to bulk.
Can you replicate an existing jacket design I already sell?
Yes. Send us a physical sample or detailed photographs with measurements. Our pattern team creates a faithful reproduction and improves construction where needed. We can also modify the design to reduce cost or adapt it for a different market segment.
What customization options are available?
You can customize every element: outer shell fabric, lining material, insulation type, zipper brand (YKK, ideal), button or snap style, embroidery position, print technique (screen, sublimation, digital), interior label, hangtag, and polybag design. We support full private-label programs.
How do you handle shipping and customs for US and EU clients?
We offer door-to-door delivery via sea freight (25–35 days), air freight (5–8 days), or express courier (3–5 days). All export paperwork, commercial invoices, and packing lists are prepared by our logistics team. We also support DDP shipping where customs duties are prepaid.
What happens if the delivered jackets have quality issues?
Every order undergoes a pre-shipment AQL 2.5 inspection, and a detailed photo report is shared before loading. If any defect exceeds the agreed tolerance, we remake affected pieces at no extra cost. Our after-sales team responds within 24 hours to any post-delivery concerns.
